1. Check-in time is 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. 

2. Guest are requested to show ID/Passport/Temporary residence card for checking-in at reception desk. 

3. Visitors are required to present identifications at the Reception. This documents will be kept until the visitor leaves the room to ensure the hotel's security and safety controls. Visitation time is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. the same day. In addition to the above time, guests are kindly requested to meet visitors at the hotel's main lobby. 

4. Guests are required to remain quiet after 10:00 p.m. 

5. Please do not change your room or invite more people staying in the room without prior notice to Reception. Do not change or move the furniture and equipment from one place to another. 

6. Guests are reminded to keep their valuables items in the safety box. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss of guests' items which are unregistered at reception desk. 

7. Guests are responsible for compensating for damage caused when causing loss or damage to equipment within the relevant hotel/ area. 

8. Guests are responsible for maintaining environmental hygiene; not spitting, throwing garbage & cigarette butts indiscriminately in public areas, corridors, elevators; disposing of waste in the right place, not to throw or let your visitors throw or take any other actions to bring furniture, items, garbage... from the room to the hotel's common use area and/or surrounding areas of the Hotel. 

9. Smoking is not allowed in rooms. The charge for odor hygiene will be applied if detected. 

10. Seafood, mangosteen, jackfruit, durian or other smelly food are not allowed in the guest room. 

11. Guests are not allowed to bring animals, weapons, toxic chemicals, explosives or other prohibited objects as prescribed by law into the Hotel. 

12. Karaoke, loud music & gambling are prohibited in the hotel. 

13. Prostitute, stimulant & illegal drugs are prohibited in the hotel. 

14. In case of fire and fire alarm is activated, please stay calm & take the nearest stairs to exit, do not use the elevators in this situation. 

15. Improper use of fire extinguishers, fire alarms or any activities that may cause fire or damage to infrastructure, property and equipment...will charge a corresponding payment fee to restore services.
